After what we have learned so far in technology class, how do you envision incorporating technology into your classroom? Which web programs are you most excited to use?
I liked the idea that teachers can create a discussion in classroom and outside it by using technology and i think that it is a good method of teaching. Blog and Padlet are the most useful programs that students can use in discussion and i'm going to use it as teacher.
I agree, Nuha. Blogger and Padlet seem like great tools for the future. I'm excited to learn about Voki, even if I have to learn about it on my own! Anything where I can give students a chance to work on productive skills (speaking and writing) outside of the classroom can be a benefit, especially for some of those shy students!
I liked the idea of integraet the technology inside and outside the classroom becau that will work in both sides teachers' side and students' side. Teachers will become more innovative in the exercises that will they bring to the student, and students will rely on themselves in the way of learning.
I already incorporate some technology in my class. I love LexiaCore 5, which is a program that help students with phonological awareness, phonics, vocabulary, reading skills, and grammar. I also use a lot of web sites, such as Read Theory, ReadWorks, Newsella, Spelling City, quizlet, kahoot, etc. I would love to use Blogger in my classes. Maybe this is something I will add for next year.
I learned many different programs in our class. Actually, I'm really interesting to use Screencast in my future's class. This program can assist my students to learn and practice at the same time, also they will be more independent when they learn how to correct their mistakes by themselves.
I agree Heather, Blogger and Padlet seem like great tools for the future. I feel that those websites help to reduce that distances between students. Students will be able to show their opinions about different subjects inside and outside classrooms. Technology also helps to broaden students' vocabulary in any subject area. Take for example, Corpora website that includes both the written and the spokane language and this helps students to learn different contexts of some words. Another example, Kahoot website and its ability to make learning more fun and more competitions for students.
